Meine Video Voraussetzungen / My video requirements

Wenn eine Zusammenarbeit / Kooperation zustande kommen sollte muss KLAR sein dass ich nur unter allen den folgenden Punkten
einer Zusammenarbeit / Kooperation zustimme und ein oder mehrere Videos zum Produkt erstelle und auf meinem Kanal
SvenS-UnReTu auf YouTube veröffentliche.
- Das / die Produkte werden mir kostenfrei (kostenlos) zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Versandkosten werden vom Versender übernommen nicht von mir.
- Ich bestelle und Bezahle keine Produkte für eine Zusammenarbeit / Kooperation
- Der Inhalt des Videos wird hauptsächlich von mir bestimmt (Sonderwünsche können eingebaut werden)
- Der Ablauf des Videos kann abgestimmt werden, wird aber auch eher von mir festgelegt.
- Meine Meinung bleibt unabhängig und unbeeinflusst.
- Kein „Script approval“ durch die Zusammenarbeit oder den Kooperation´s Partner.
- Meine Videos werden IMMER gekennzeichnet durch z.b. „Werbung“ / „Anzeige“ / „Unterstützt durch…“ dies muss akzeptiert werden.
- Bei vielen Produkten berechne ich keine Bezahlung für das Video, dies kann sich aber von Produkt zu Produkt ändern.
- Affiliate Links werden nur in das Video eingebaut wenn ich überzeugt vom nutzen bin.
- Ich behalte mir das Recht vor bei fehlender Seriosität des Partners jederzeit das Video Offline zu nehmen um Schaden an meinem Kanal zu verhindern.
- Die alleinigen Nutzungsrechte des Videos bleiben bei SvenS-UnReTu auf YouTube und dürfen ohne meine ausdrücklich schriftliche Zustimmung
auf keinem anderen Medium oder Plattform genutzt werden oder eingebunden werden, es darf nur auf meinen Kanal verlinkt oder verwiesen werden.
- Wenn nicht anders bestimmt, behalte ich mir vor Videos nach 6 Monaten ohne vorherige Ankündigung wieder Offline zu nehmen wenn keine
weitere Zusammenarbeit mir einem weiteren Produkt oder Bezahlung zustande kommt.
- Die Produktion des Videos und den Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung lege ich selber fest, Empfehlungen können abgesprochen werden aber ohne Pflicht.
- Eine wirkliche feste Planung und Konzept des Videos beginnt erst wenn das Produkt zu mir unterwegs ist und ich die Tracking Informationen habe.
- Sollte das Produkt nichts sein oder nicht ankommen oder auf meine Anfragen keine Antwort mehr kommen behalte ich mir vor kein Video zu
produzieren, und die Zusammenarbeit / Kooperation zu beenden. Sollte der Partner dann sein Produkt wieder haben wollen, muss dieser die
Rücksendekosten im vollen Umfang übernehmen, das / die Produkte werden nicht auf meine Kosten zurück gesendet.
- Anfragen mit folgenden Inhalten werden nicht angenommen und brauchen nicht gestellt werden:
„Nur positives Video“
„Wir wollen vorher alles sehen & freigeben“
„Bezahlung erst nach Veröffentlichung + keine feste Summe“
„Du musst genau das sagen“
„Unklare Nutzungsrechte“
Nur wenn Sie mit ALLEN oben aufgeführten Bedingungen vollumfänglich einverstanden sind, stellen Sie erst eine Anfrage!

If a collaboration/cooperation is to be established, it must be CLEAR that I only agree to a collaboration/cooperation under all of the following conditions,
I will create one or more videos about the product and publish them on my YouTube channel, SvenS-UnReTu.
- The product(s) will be provided to me free of charge.
- Shipping costs will be covered by the sender, not by me.
- I will not order or pay for any products for a collaboration/cooperation.
- The content of the video will be primarily determined by me (special requests can be incorporated).
- The video's structure can be coordinated, but will also be largely determined by me.
- My opinion remains independent and uninfluenced.
- No "script approval" from the collaboration or the cooperation partner.
- My videos will ALWAYS be marked with, for example, "Advertisement," "Sponsored," or "Supported by..." This must be accepted.
- For many products, I do not charge for the video, but this may vary from product to product.
- Affiliate links will only be included in the video if I am convinced of their usefulness.
- I reserve the right to take the video offline at any time if the partner is deemed unreliable, in order to prevent damage to my channel.
- The sole rights to the video remain with SvenS-UnReTu on YouTube and may not be used or embedded on any other medium or platform without my express written consent. Links to my channel are the only permitted links.
- Unless otherwise specified, I reserve the right to take videos offline after 6 months without prior notice if no further collaboration with another product or payment is forthcoming.
- I determine the production of the video and the publication date myself; recommendations can be discussed, but are not binding.
- A concrete plan and concept for the video only begin once the product is on its way to me and I have the tracking information.
- Should the product be unsatisfactory, not arrive, or if my inquiries go unanswered, I reserve the right not to produce a video and to terminate the collaboration. Should the partner then wish to have their product returned, they must bear the full return shipping costs. The product(s) will not be returned at my expense.
- Inquiries containing the following information will not be accepted and should not be submitted:
"Only positive videos" "We want to see and approve everything beforehand" "Payment only after publication + no fixed amount" "You have to say exactly that" "Unclear usage rights"
Only submit an inquiry if you fully agree to ALL of the above conditions.
